30-Day Money Back Guarantee: With this unconditional guarantee you can return your diamond engagement ring within 30 days of purchase and receive a complete refund. Your receipt and Aucoin Hart jewelry appraisal must accompany the product and the merchandise must be intact. The cost of any alterations to the merchandise for the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued to the buyer in the original method of payment. In cases of cash and gift purchases, a check will be mailed within 10 days. After 30 days, you may exchange your engagement ring under the terms of the trade-in guarantee.

Grade/Carat Weight Guarantee: Aucoin Hart guarantees in writing on the sales receipt and Aucoin Hart jewelry appraisal, the diamond’s carat weight, the color and the clarity grade of your engagement ring purchase. Each diamond is carefully examined and graded by expert graduate gemologists, either our own staff or by the Gemological Institute of America(GIA), according to the highest standards using the GIA grading system.
Trade–In Guarantee: When you purchase a diamond weighing 0.35 carats or more from Aucoin Hart, you may trade in the diamond in undamaged condition at any time and receive the original diamond price towards a new diamond with a greater purchase price.
Craftsmanship Guarantee: Aucoin Hart guarantees our jewelry is free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for the life of the jewelry. To prevent loss of stones from normal wear, we recommend we inspect, clean, and polish your jewelry every 4 months, free of charge. If stones are lost due to accidents, mishandling, or normal wear, we look to your insurance company to pay for the restoration of the piece. If the loss of stones is due to inherent defects in material or workmanship, we will incur all costs for restoration of the piece.
