Returns & Layaway
Refund/Return Policy
- Aucoin-Hart accepts merchandise for refund within ten days of purchase; 30 days for engagement rings. The cost of any alterations to merchandise returned for refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Aucoin-Hart will give store credit for merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase, all sales are final.
- Merchandise returned for refund or store credit must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Refunds/returns on special orders or custom make-up work are limited to a store credit less any labor charges and/or shipping and handling expenses.
Layaway Refund:
- Refunds on merchandise in layaway will be given within 30 days of the deposit date. After 30 days, no refund will be given, however, a store credit can be issued for all money paid on current layaways (less cost of any alterations).
- No refunds will be given on special orders or special make-up, however, a store credit may be issued at the sales manager’s discretion.
